  18.              Archive Viewer is not and has never been public domain, nor
  19.              is it free ware.  Archive Viewer is copyrighted by Nicolas
  20.              Nowinski and any unauthorized use or use inconsistent with
  21.              the terms of this license is an infringement of the
  22.              copyright.

  24.              Archive Viewer may be used without registration on a 30-day
  25.              test basis for the purpose of deciding whether Archive
  26.              Viewer is suitable to your needs.  The use of Archive
  27.              Viewer, beyond the 30-day test, requires registration.
  28.              Beyond 30-day test period, the use of unlicensed copies by
  29.              any person, business, corporation, government agency or any
  30.              other entity is strictly prohibited.  After the 30-day test
  31.              period, you must either register the software or erase it.

  33.              A single user license permits a user to use Archive Viewer
  34.              only on a single computer. A purchaser of a single user
  35.              license may use the program on different computers, but may
  36.              not use the program on more than one computer at a time.

  38.              No one may modify or patch the Archive Viewer executable
  39.              files in any way, including but not limited to Decompiling,
  40.              dissassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the
  41.              program.

  43.              A limited license is granted to copy and distribute Archive
  44.              Viewer only for the test use of others, subject to the above
  45.              limitations, and also the following:

  47.              1. Archive Viewer must be copied in unmodified form,
  48.              complete with all accompanying files, documentation, and

  80.              obtain the most recent shareware version.  Vendors may
  81.              charge a disk duplication and handling fee, which may not
  82.              exceed six dollars.
